Workplace Wellness Compliance Event for Employers

Jul 14 - August Wellness ComplianceJoin our Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist and Compliance Officer on August 11 as they help HR professionals and executive leadership navigate the often choppy waters of wellness compliance.  During this session, they will provide an overview of the current regulations surrounding worksite wellness programs and case study some of the typical programs, detailing specific compliance considerations for each.  Whether you have a worksite wellness program or are considering offering one, this will be an engaging and beneficial session to improve your wellness strategy. Some of the topics that will be covered include:

  • HIPAA/ACA including the reasonable alternative standard
  • EEOC release of new ADA/GINA regulations
  • Maximum Incentive Calculation Examples for programs offered to employees and spouses inside and outside of the health plan
  • Participatory Case Study including onsite biometrics and non-tobacco rates
  • Activity Based Case Study: walking challenge and reasonable alternatives
  • Outcomes Based Case Study: metabolic syndrome
  • Considerations for evaluating your current wellness program and possible future plans
